What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
The ceremony will start at 4:00 PM. We ask that all guests arrive around 3:30 PM to allow enough time for seating.
What is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by May 1st, 2026. You can respond at sam-jess.com.
Do I have to attend all the events?
No! We’d love to see you as much as possible, but completely understand traveling schedules and busy lives may be restrictive. Please RSVP to the events you’d like to attend on the RSVP site.

Saturday Ceremony & Reception: Dancing until 11pm at the venue (after hours off-site to follow)
Sunday Coffee & Pastries: Until 12:00pm

Can I bring a guest?
As much as we’d love to have additional guests, we can’t accommodate everyone. Please refer to your invitation, which names every individual invited. Unfortunately, if your guests’ name is not listed, we cannot accommodate them.
Can I bring my baby?
Of course! We welcome any babies! :) Please let us know if you will need a quiet room or any other accommodations so we can ensure you and baby have a great time!
-
How do I get there?
Please look through our Travel & Stay page for more information.
Do I have to stay at one of the recommended accommodations?
No, our provided list is just a suggestion. There are tons of wonderful hotels and airbnbs in the area.
Do I need a car?
No, but Northern California is built around driving, so getting around without one takes some planning. Uber and Lyft are available but can be unreliable in St Helena, especially late at night. If you're planning to explore wine country beyond the wedding, a rental car will give you the most flexibility.
-
Can we take photos during the ceremony?
We've hired a professional photographer to capture the ceremony. We kindly request an unplugged ceremony — please silence your phones and enjoy being fully present. You're welcome to take photos during the reception.
Do you have a registry?
Your presence is the greatest gift. For those who have asked, we've created a registry with a few items for our home, as well as a contribution option toward our honeymoon. Details are on our Registry page.
Will you share photos after the wedding?
Yes, we'll share a link to our wedding gallery once we receive photos from our photographer.
